Notes from the desk...
Well January just FLEW by didn't it? It's a bit hard to believe that we now have 1/12th of 2007 under out belts. For me it's been
a great month and things just keep getting better.
On January 30th I started my coaching program. My goal was to have 10 people in this first group, but I only got 8. But hey,
that's close isn't it. And I'm really pleased with getting 8. The way I look at it is that I'm only supposed to have that many
people for my first coaching session. I'm really excited about what all will be happening over the next 6 months.
One thing that is so exciting for me about the coaching program is that this is my first session and I have 8 people from around the world,
not just the United States. And I have been discussing what all is happening with a friend that is also a coach. She has informed
me that my with results thus far I am way ahead of most coaches. I didn't realize that myself. She also told me that most coaches
struggle to get clients, whereas I marketed my program for a total of 10 days and came really close to my goal of 10. I actually
had 9 but one lady in Namibia had to back out because she was having trouble sending me the enrollment fee I was requesting.
I think a lot of what has happened is due to the fact that I expected to get clients, and I expected for it to be easy, which it was. I
also have been educating myself over the last few years in marketing, Internet marketing, copywriting, and advertising. All of this
truly helped me to be able to get the clients I have.
You see, no matter what business we are in the one main thing that we must learn to do is how to market our services. This is key to
the success of ANY business, whether it be a retail business, a service business, or even a manufacturing business. Marketing is key
and I am blessed that I obtained that knowledge before starting my coaching practice.
Anyway, here I am now working with people from around the world and actually making a difference in people's lives. This brings me joy
and happiness and when we are doing work that does that for us, it no longer seems like work. It's just plain fun.
Now, here's this month's issue

How To Use The Law of Attraction When You're On The Brink Of
Disaster
by Susan Denham
When my husband and I got married, we had some money in the bank, and were building a house. Three months later, we moved
in, bought furniture-which depleted our savings, and made a huge mistake of buying a brand new truck. Then we found out I
was pregnant with our first baby. Things had gotten progressively tighter and tighter until we were at the point where I
didn't have formula, didn't have any money, didn't have gas in my vehicle to go buy formula, and didn't know what I was
going to do for 3 days until my WIC check was valid. And I wanted a divorce. Every day was a screaming match, and I
dreaded the time he would come in from work.
I had been watching the movie "The Secret" that my good friend Gary Glasscock had sent me. I visualized myself feeding
my baby, and how good it feels, all the smells and soft skin and warm fuzzy emotions, and then someone told me about a
program that would give you one can of formula if you were in really bad shape. I hated to do it, but I was desperate. And I
got a check from a lady I had sold a book to. It was for $4.01. Just enough gas to get to their office and back.
That experience was proof enough for me that you CAN manifest what you want.
I've discovered that the key to attracting money is not so much in attracting the money itself, but the things the money will
do for me. When I do my visualizations, I visualize my husband smiling and laughing (which he only does when he's got all the
bills paid and all the laundry done) and put feeling into it. I really get into feeling how good it feels to see him
smile.
Sometimes I visualize a handful of hundred dollar bills, and feel how good it feels when you rub them together, smell them,
and crinkle them. You know that scratchy sound? I like to hear it, and it gives me a good feeling, especially when it's
hundreds! I focus on that feeling, and imagine myself just literally wallowing in hundred dollar bills.
Another thing I think has made a big difference for me is Ho'oponopono. This is unbelievably simple, it's just a matter of
accepting responsibility for the things you experience. (Not blaming yourself, just taking responsibility for creating it) "I
created the lack, and the dead air in my relationship when I was ignorant about the power of emotions, and what I am
experiencing now is the result of what I was manifesting back then." (If it starts to make you feel bad, you're moving into
blame, and should restructure the way you're looking at it) When I see something in my experience that I don't want, I say to
Source, "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you".
The key is to mean it. I'm very sorry for creating child abuse, meth labs and drunk drivers, and I use
it when I hear about those things, too. "Please forgive me" is a very releasing phrase, and when you say it to Source, you're
able to forgive yourself (for things you see and for things you aren't aware of) "I love you" speaks for itself, and "Thank
you" opens the channels for gratitude to bubble up within you. For the thing you're clearing, and for things you didn't even
realize you could be grateful for. (And, of Course, Gratitude is a MAJOR Attraction tool)
So when I got ready to start attracting some money, I spent an entire afternoon writing down some of the things I wanted to
buy. I filled up 2 pages with it. Paying bills didn't make the list, and that's the thing that I accidentally did
right. I didn't want to manifest more bills, so I didn't visualize anything pertaining to bills, not even paying them.
It's understood that the money that is attracted is for my family's abundance, and paying the bills is just something you
have to do before you can build a new deck. So for me to manifest my deck, in the perfect timing and freedom and ease it's
meant to happen in, I would first have to meet my obligations. So why bother visualizing paying bills? Why even bother
thinking about bills? When I've got some money and can write a check, that's when I'll think about bills. Until then, the
money that's coming is to clear the way for me to build a huge deck with a hot tub, and I visualize myself in that hot tub,
daydreaming, spending time with family, or just enjoying the Kentucky air. And the money has started coming.
I needed an idea for a business that would utilize the skills I have, and allow me to be home with my kids. Out of the clear
blue, I happened to see a link to a business like mine at the bottom of a webpage, and I just knew THAT was something I could
do. Everything I've needed for my business has appeared almost like magic. Software, Leads, Forms, Information, and even
Staff, have just materialized when I needed them. (I manifested a copy machine for FREE, too!)
People were telling me that "This is the slow season, people don't want to come up off of THAT much money right now, you'll
never sell it". Being the hardheaded bulldog I am, I determined within myself that it WOULD work, why else would it have been
sent to me with so much synchronicity? Plus, it makes me feel good! I've been surprised at the receptivity I'm experiencing.
Apparently, people ARE willing to part with their money, especially when they realize that they can make the "Slow" season a
little better with some effective advertising. And I haven't once heard anyone say it was too expensive. They actually
comment on how INEXPENSIVE it is in relation to other forms of Advertising. So things are finally looking up, and I'm very
grateful.
The timing couldn't be more perfect either. I thought we were going to sink. I count myself exceedingly blessed to have
friends like Gary Glasscock of www.ManifestingYourLife.com, who take
the time to point out my limiting beliefs to me. It's been an amazing journey, and I'm thrilled to be on the
upswing after what seems like a lifetime. And someone who's been married for 24 years is the kind of person I want to be
learning from when it comes to making my marriage work. It's amazing. Gary didn't even have to tell me that he
was a good person to talk to about my marriage, we were having a conversation, and it just naturally and easily turned
toward the subject, and he was able to help me see how I was causing a lot of the problems I was experiencing, and gently
guide me in the right direction. Note to all the
people who ever told me that I needed to "Get my head out of the clouds" or "Be Realistic": YOU be
realistic, I'd rather have a great life!

What is Your Prison?
by Gary Glasscock
In a message from Bob Proctor the other day, habit was likened to a prison holding us back from gaining true
success in our lives. So what habit is holding you back?
We get into these habits all throughout our lives and we end up letting
them control us. For instance, we get into the habit of getting up early (that is if you work during the day) taking a shower
and getting ready for the commute to our job. Once we get there, we go through our daily rituals that have become habits for
us. We arrange everything on our desk, we get coffee, we greet everyone in the office, and we sit down and begin our day.
Now I'm not saying these are bad habits mind you, I'm just using them as an illustration.
However, a lot of people have developed some really bad habits.
Take a lady that my wife works with. She has developed the habit of coming to work and whining and complaining all day long
about her husband, her daughter, her son, her daughter-in-law, and even her mother-in-law. She lets everyone in the office know
all about them and complains about every little thing. She complains so much that as her son and his wife have moved along in
their marriage, they have ended up with a better house, better furniture, and a better life than she has. But is she happy for
them? Nope, she constantly complains about whatever they are doing as if she is jealous of their good fortune.
Now if you know anything about the Law of Attraction or the Laws of the
Harvest, you know that her life is the result of all her whining and complaining. The more she does, the more she experiences
the same thing. But she doesn't realize that with a change in her thinking she could change her life. And she is SO
NEGATIVE that even if it were pointed out to her and she was given a step-by-step plan she wouldn't follow it. What she has
done is to wallow in self-pity so much that it has become a habit for her, and a very bad habit at that.
Look around you. Observe your co-workers, your family members, or
even your friends and see what habits they have created for themselves. You will find that a lot of them have "habits" that
drag them down. You'll see people that have a "habit" of putting themselves down. You'll see people that have a "habit"
of being successful. You'll see all sorts of "habits" that people have that hold them back from getting what they truly desire
in life. And after you observe all of these, stop and think what "habits" you have created for yourself.
Once you have identified these "habits" now you must determine whether
they are helping or hindering you. If they are helping, then by all means continue to do them. However, if you find they
are hindering your progress through this life, you MUST change or get rid of those "habits" as quickly as you can.
They say it takes 21 days to create a new habit, so you have some work
cut out for you. But if you stay the course and persevere, you will find that just by changing these "habits" you can live a
life of peace, prosperity and abundance.
All it takes is creating the right habits. Can you do
that?
Peace, Abundance, and Blessings to you and yours,
Gary
